Councillor Carole Johnson
Carole Johnson is Committed to our Community and has served as COUNCILLOR in Ashley Ward for 5 years. Serving also as Deputy Lord Mayor and Deputy Cabinet Member for Equalities for Communities and Public Health securing over £600,000 for local projects. A Single parent of 2, strong and focussed on serving you to create a safer greener cleaner Ashley.

Amirah Cole is a Labour Candidate with a focus on empowering communities, youth provision and community buildings.
Amirah: “I’m passionate about making a difference in Ashley, the place where I grew up and have raised my children”.

Sibusiso Tshabalala is a Labour Candidate with a focus on economic growth, education and skills.
Sibusiso: “ I am keen to serve Ashley residence in the areas of education, skills and economic inclusion. Working towards reducing the educational and skills disparity within our award by focusing on improving the quality of out and in school service provision whilst working with developers to provide local businesses opportunities to trade on local developments. Through the Ashley Neighbourhood Plan, we will collectively direct how we use resources in the area.
